We keep our patient panel intentionally small so visits are longer, communication is direct, and care is never rushed. You’ll work with one provider who knows you—not a rotating cast of clinicians.

Membership Pricing

Ages 30–44 — $125 / month
Ages 45–64 — $160 / month
Ages 65+ — $180 / month
College & Phillips Exeter students — $300 / semester
Spouse rates available
10% discount for veterans and first responders
Small business group rates (enroll 10 or more employees and each receives 15% off of their membership fee)

How Enrollment
Works
Enrollment is designed to be simple and intentional. Each step ensures we’re prepared to offer unrushed, personalized care from your very first visit.

Choose September, October or November 2026

A credit/debit card or HSA/FSA card is required.

You’ll receive a welcome email approximately three months prior to your selected start month.

Collect the medical documents needed for your first appointment.

Once completed, you’ll receive instructions to set up our free, HIPAA-compliant app, AtlasMD, where you can schedule your appointment.

At the time of booking, the one-time, nonrefundable enrollment fee (equal to one month’s membership) will be charged.

Your monthly membership fee will be charged on the day of your first appointment. This date will become your recurring monthly billing date.

Roussin, PA-C provides comprehensive primary care in New Hampshire with a calm, thoughtful, and distinctively personal approach. Known for his thorough evaluations and clear communication, Shawn takes the time to listen, explain, and collaborate—ensuring patients feel informed, respected, and fully supported.
